E-Mentoring - How does it work?
To join the OAN Adding Life to Years Member Community, you must first register by providing a username and valid email address. You will receive a confirmation email with your password and can then log on to the discussion group.

Who can join?
The OAN Adding Life to Years Member Community is as inclusive as possible while keeping its focus on supporting PHAs & support workers. The list below states some of the characteristics of members that this community has been developed for. Currently there is no charge for individuals to participate in the Community.

• E-mentoring is part of the Adding Life to Years e-learning project
  
• It is targeted at support workers within ASO's or PHA's
  
• The E-mentoring programs supports the Adding Life to Years project
  
• You can sign up with a valid email address
  
• You will be supported by a designated professional with several years experience within the field of HIV/AIDS.
