How do I register for the course?

I have not recieved confirmation of my enrollment in the course?

If I have a questions about the course content, where do I go?

We have set up an ementoring discussion group.

What do I need to do to pass the course and recieve a certificate?

You must attain an average of 60% or better to receive a certificate. You may take the course as many times as you like. We recommend you retake a module right away if you do not achieve a 60%.

How many times can I take the Knowledge Checks?

You may take the Knowledge Checks as many times as you like. If you don't score 60% or better we recommend you re-read the module before retaking the Knowledge Check. You will also find links to the correct information under each question in your results.

How do I keep track of my quiz answers and results?

You will receive and email with your score and evaluation each time you complete a Knowledge Check. We also recommend you use the print button at the bottom of your results to keep a hard copy of your answers.
