Nomination Process

• Nominees for an award will be nominated by their peers and/or colleagues.
• Nominations outlining the nominee's contributions and achievements in meeting the criteria will be made using the OAN Honour Roll Nomination form.
• The nominator will seek a seconder for the nomination.
• The completed OAN Honour Roll Nomination must be sent to "Honour Roll Nomination", c/o the Ontario AIDS Network for review.
• The OAN Board of Directors will review all nominations received before the deadline, and make the final decision as to the awards to be presented and the inductees for the current year.
• All nominees' names will be kept confidential and only those receiving an award will be contacted.
• Recipient names will be made public prior to the event.
